Derek Knapp

Derek Knapp has been with AGENT2000 for over 35 years. He started filing and data entry in our Personal Lines department and became a licensed agent in 1988. He started working in the Personal Lines Department, writing and servicing Home and Automobile policies. Over the years, he moved into selling commercial insurance. Derek and his wife, Lori, work together in the family insurance business and celebrated 30 years of marriage in September 2020; they have four daughters, two Son-in-laws’, and three grandchildren. Derek is also active in the Antioch BNI chapter and the Concord and Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce. Derek likes camping and traveling with his family when time permits.
